Step 1: Install the "Microsoft Authenticator App" for your mobile device.
You can also install the app from the IOS app store or the Google Play Store.

Step 2: Set up your Office 365 Account to work with the Authenticator App.

  1. If possible, navigate to the Additional security verification screen on another PC or device.
  2. Click Add security info, and then select Authenticator app.

  3. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile device. On the Accounts screen, select Add account, and then select Work or school account.
  4. Use your device's camera to scan the QR code, and then select Next to close the QR code screen.

  5. You're done!
