How do I contact the Service Desk?

I can't log into Self-Service/Content Management/my email/Canvas.

Option 1: Password Reset Form

  1. Open your browser and go to https://www.masters.edu/myaccount
  2. Fill out the form and create your new password.

Option 2: Self-Service Password Reset for Office 365

  1. Open your browser and go to https://outlook.com/mail.masters.edu. Click "Can't Access Your Account"
  2. Enter your email address and the Captcha.  Click "Next".
  3. Choose the option for "I forgot my password".  
  4. Verify your identity using one of the available options.
  5. Create your new password.

My password is correct but I'm still not able to log in.


  1. This is usually due to a bad cached password.  Please try clearing your browser cache.

How do I print?

Option 1: Webprint

  1. Open your browser and go to http://172.19.0.18:9191/app.  Sign in with your Self-Service username and password.
  2. Click the Web Print tab on the left side.  Click "Submit a Job".
  3. Select the printer you want to print to and then click "Print Options and Account Selection".
  4. Enter the number of copies that you want to print. Click "Upload Documents".
  5. Click "Upload from computer" and find the file you want to print.
  6. Click "Upload & Complete".
Option 2: Installing the printer (Windows computers only)

  1. Open your Documents folder.  In the bar at the top, type in \\172.19.90.18 and press Enter.
  2. Enter MASTERS\*username* and then your student password.
  3. Right-click the printer you want to install and click "Connect".

My smart TV/game console is connected to the Wifi but has no internet access.
