How to Access Student Email Online:
To access your Master’s University email, you will need to navigate to portal.office.com and sign in with your TMU student email. Once signed in, click "Mail".
Please Note: In order to log in for the first time, you will need your originally assigned password. If you do not have your original password or have any questions, please go below the article to Contact US and explain the issue you are experiencing, or visit our documentation about resetting your password: https://tmuservicedesk.helpdocs.com/accounts/troubleshooting-login-issues.
email@example.com --> username will be your current username for Self-Service, Content Management, and the Master’s University network.
Your username will be --> Full Last Name + Initial of First Name + Initial of Middle Name (If Applicable).
e.g. The username for John Middlename Doe would be doejm.
Your password will be the same as your originally assigned Self-Service password.
To reset your password if unknown or forgotten: go to www.masters.edu/myaccount.
